- Captains inspire each walker to raise just $150

- First 5 teams to raise $2,000 - Captain receives $50 restaurant card
- First 5 teams to raise $2,500 - Captain receives $100 restaurant card

- Work with your Entity Leader, see above, to find the best way to enter your cash and check contributions to your on-line account.
- $25 - Minimum On-line Contribution
- $50 - Earn Team UCSD Walk-day T-shirt. Requires online contribution by Friday August 28, 2009.
- $100 - AHA Heart Walk T-shirt (from the AHA, delivered sometime after the walk)
- $750 - Raise $750 on line by August 31 and earn a pass to the VIP tent. This level has been reduced from $1000 for this year only.
